Sometimes It's Just a Project. That's Okay!

One system, one process, one thing that needs sorting. I have a service for that.

I have an update…

Booking a retainer isn’t the only way to work with me anymore! After realizing there are so many of you out there who just need someone to come in, fix the thing, and hand it back, I decided to officially add it to my services. Here's how to figure out which one fits your current needs.

When you need clarity, fast: Book The Strategy Sprint

This short & sweet offer is a 90-minute working session, where we’re focusing on one specific problem, process, or decision that you've been sitting on.

Maybe you've been going in circles on something, like a workflow that’s broken, a system you can’t figure out how to build, or a decision that keeps getting pushed. The Strategy Sprint is where we cut through it, and make a clear plan with next steps. You’re not leaving with a list of things to think about.

It's also a great starting point if you're not sure whether you need ongoing support. One focused session could be all it takes, or it might tell us both that there's more to dig into.

When something specific is broken: You Need The Fix

At this point, you're past the planning stage; you need someone to build the thing. I’m talking: reorganizing your Drive, creating a new-client onboarding flow, making SOPs for one process, setting up one automation. If you can describe it in one sentence, it's probably a Fix. I’ll scope it on a free call, we’ll set up a kickoff call to go over details, and two weeks later you have a working system handed back to you.

When you need something built from scratch: This Calls For The Build

This is for when it's not just one thing, but a bunch of moving pieces that need to work together. Think: a full CRM setup, plus a connected onboarding flow, plus SOPs. Or an intake process, a task board, and a client portal that all need to be built to talk to each other. If the systems need to work together for the whole thing to actually function, it's probably a Build.

Wondering what the difference between a Build and a Fix is? It comes down to integration. A Fix handles one system on its own, whereas a Build is when those systems need to connect and feed into each other to actually work. For this type of project, I’ll deliver a completed, working system, then train you on how to manage and maintain it yourself. I’ll hand it back to you within four weeks.

Start with a free call and we'll figure out which one makes sense for where you are right now. And honestly? You never know where a project might take you.
