Why Work With Me?
Corporate program coordination taught me what it takes to run operations that won’t break under pressure. I’ve coordinated training events, built onboarding systems from scratch, and streamlined workflows for teams.
The GC Method brings that same precision to creative entrepreneurs and small businesses. But, here’s the best part: it comes without the corporate hustle culture or price tag. I run this business on capacity, not burnout, and I make sure to build your systems the same way.
You're getting operational systems that work with whatever platform you're already on, built by someone who was really, really good at this in corporate, and left because good systems shouldn't cost you your life to run them.
Project Based Services
For the person who isn't quite ready for a monthly commitment, and it’s totally fine!
Some people just need one thing handled, or one hour of someone else's brain. I can do either.

$375 · 90 minutes
A preview of what having an operations partner looks like.
You’ll fill out a short intake form before we meet; this will allow me to show up already seeing where the gaps are. Then, we’ll spend 90 minutes together, mapping out your operations and building a plan. It’s the same approach I bring to every retainer client, but condensed into one focused session.
This is for the person who doesn't know exactly where to start, or whose brain works best by talking things out. You get to do it with someone who isn't afraid to say "here's what's actually going on."
What you leave with: a written plan and next steps you can act on with or without me. Use it yourself, or bring me on to execute it as an ongoing partner.

One system. One fix. Fixed scope, fixed timeline, no monthly commitment.
For the one thing that “you’ve been meaning to get to” for months. Maybe it's a CRM that's never worked right. Maybe it's a client onboarding process held together by memory and good intentions. Maybe it's a Drive folder that makes your chest tight every time you open it.
The Fix means I go in, rebuild that one thing properly, and hand it back to you working. No retainer required. No "and also let's fix everything else while we're in here." Just the fix.
How it works: we start with a free consult, where I'll scope the fix and give a proposal. Once we decide to move forward, you'll fill out a short intake form so I have the details before we meet at our kickoff call. This is where we’ll confirm everything and get started. Lastly, we’ll have a handoff call at the end to deliver the fix and walk through how it works for you.
Best for: the person who knows exactly what's broken and wants it handled, but not managed forever.
Typically wraps in: 1–2 weeks
A Fix gets you a completed, working thing. It doesn't include ongoing monitoring, reporting, or someone watching for the next thing before it breaks, that's what the retainer tiers below are for.

Multiple systems. One project. A real operational reset, without the retainer.
For the business owner whose operations need more than one thing patched, several systems that don't talk to each other, or a full onboarding process that needs building from scratch, but who isn't ready to commit to ongoing support yet.
How it works: we start with a free consult, where I'll scope the project and give a proposal. Once we’ve decided to move forward, you'll fill out an intake form so I have the full picture before we meet at our kickoff call. This is where we’ll confirm everything and get started. From there we’ll move to the build phase where I work through each connected piece. We’ll have a mid-project check-in to keep things on track, followed by a handoff call to deliver the finished system.
Best for: the person who needs an overhaul, not just one thing fixed, but isn't ready for monthly support yet.
Typically wraps in: 3–4 weeks
Like The Fix, a Build is a finished system, not ongoing ownership. If ongoing monitoring and support is what you're after, that's Growth Partnership.
Ongoing Support
You've done enough alone. This is what having an operations partner looks like, month to month, built around your capacity.
You lead. I operate. Low energy, high output, every month.
-
Best for: the business owner ready to stop carrying every detail alone, one piece at a time.
You don't need someone managing your whole operation yet. You need one thing handled well, and the peace of mind that everything else is being watched.
